Angela is currently the head of the Strings Department at West Point Grey Academy in Vancouver. She was on the faculty of the Vancouver Academy from 1997-2003. Angela received her Bachelor’s of Music from the University of Toronto. Angela has spent several summers at the Banff Centre, in the chamber music program. Her most influential teachers have been Dr. Lise Elson and Lorand Fenyves. As a performer, Angela has played with the Vancouver Symphony, the Vancouver Opera and has worked with the Toronto, Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo Symphonies. As a member of the Toronto Chamber Players and numerous string quartets and piano trios she has performed across Canada and Europe. Her most recent venture has been the co-founding of the Quiring Chamber Players.
